Terms of service
Leaving the invoice unpaid is not considered a cancellation. Please remember that a notification to the office is always required if you wish to cancel an enrolment or if you cancel a full-year course which has already started. Informing your teacher is not sufficient.
If you participate in:
- cookingclasses, the course must be cancelled two weeks before the course starts to avoid paying the full course fee.
- other courses with 6 or fewer class sessions, the course must be cancelled a week before the course starts to avoid paying the full course fee.
- courses with more than 6 class sessions, courses during the autumn term can be cancelled within the first week of the course. If the course has already started when you register, you can cancel your enrollment within one week.
If you have registered for a full-year course and just want to take part in the autumn term, you need to cancel your participation before the Spring term starts.
Please note that paid fees are not refundable.
To cancel a course, you must inform us by calling us on ( 09 ) 310 494 94 or let us know your decision to cancel by emailing arbis@hel.fi. You can also do it by visiting the office in person.
When registering for the course you also accept that the course might be transformed into a webcourse, due to circumstances outside of our command.
